This is my first pedometer and I must say it's great. It allows you to calculate the number of steps you take in a day (10,000 not recommended for an equivalent of half hour brisk walk recommended in a day) and the number of kilometers and its equivalent in miles for those interested. Then you also know the number of calories you have burned and the 3 data is recorded over a period of 7 days. This lets you see your evolution since what is great with a pedometer is that obliges almost always to exceed the previous data. And it is you who are winning in the end, you do your everyday sport. You can put it in your bag, jacket pocket or pants or hang around your neck. it is easy to use, at first, you must give some basic indications (male / female, weight, height, stride length) and it does the rest. It works with a CR2032 cell battery included. Conclusion, this pedometer is awesome.
