Hello to all users of this device ... and those who want to be there! My brother has bought this device for its BMW 316i (built 6.2000). First, always came the error message "Link Error", which means that the device was unable to connect to the circuit of the car. For other vehicles, the device worked but properly (eg Seat Ibiza Year 2005). At the device, it could not therefore lie actually. After a brief Internet research, I found out that this error may well occur more frequently in this and other devices, which is probably due to the many device incompatibility. On a forum I then read that the problem can be solved if you multiply with the unit connected to the ignition and again and again to make ... and lo and behold it worked. The error no longer occurs, the device can connect to the vehicle and it now recognizes the error of the BMW 316i (built 6.2000) my brother. Because of this small problem at the special vehicle of my brother and the necessary Internet search, a "dot" deduction. But since then the device is working properly and does what it should: identify "errors".
We are glad that we have not returned the device prematurely again. For the money a good investment. Recommended for those who do not want to go unprepared into a workshop and otherwise have little knowledge of cars.
