Spec Ops The Line Of Emotion

Spec Ops: The Line (uncut) (Video Game)

Customer Review

Max Payne 3 was for me until now the Game of the Year and now thanks to Spec Ops The Line I'm in a quandary ^^

Begins as a standard moderate Militäry shooter ala Call of Duty on, it ends in a roller coaster of emotions and self-doubt.
Has previously am still blown away Modern Warfare 1 & 2 in terms of action and drama, I got MW3 not even an itch in his pants, to say the very subtle to say) Spec Ops is not really different, because there we geballert, in gone coverage, a script time there and here or a loose slogan from teammates, that consists of three man.

Only the big difference lies in the story ... JAWOHL correct a shooter with Story + emotions and depth!
Ok Max Payne 3 is not long ago, but hand on heart, in recent years you had to look for shooter plus interesting story with a magnifying glass.

The first half is SO simple fare in terms of third person shooters, but from about Chapter 7 goes to the cause, because then come the first decision and because one's conscience is in demand. Let us save the agent who has previously saved us out of a difficult situation, or do we save the hostages before the firing squad, which also itself not very friendly, however, are to us ??? To rescue the hostages would be a heroic act, but then the agent is shot and we did not get the information, why the hell is going on in Dubai. Let us save the agent, we had a plan, but it would have to innocents lose their lives.

Something like that I've experienced Spec Ops and that was only a decision of another! There are not many decision moments, but these are well dosed distributed in play, act logically in consequence and are neither heavy nor do these fake.

How far these decisions, I can not say exactly to act on the end, as it anscheinden up to 4 (!!!) to give end and the end of what I have seen has, like long gone carved from the socks.
It's about as, you have seen something before, but it is totally unexpected and surprising and something pays all my respect to the German team Yager!

I sympathized, and I was amazed how many kept their courage the team Yager has so to provide an uncompromising shooter on its feet. THANK YOU!!!
Spec Ops is very bloody and brutal, that is correct and is intended exclusively for adult audiences. From Censorship no trace and about'm glad because I'm not violent or Blutgeil, but war is simply a dirty business and as Spec Ops is.
If the main character Walker observing how he always carries out its brutal executions of wounded enemies in the course of the game, which reflects about again the cruelty of war and the experience to the decisions and turns. There is also, as always, some collectibles that the background knowledge of events in Dubai explain further.

I do not want too much abscheifen, but I wanted to respond precisely to the story, because when one experiences a standard shooter with a profound story ... rare in my opinion.

There is also a multiplayer, but that's just a side dish, because here the focus is clearly designed for the single player and against all rumors of horror trip takes min. 10 hours for the first play through.

Also in terms of graphics and sound can not complain, the lighting effects are very nice, the environments varied and detailed. The weapon sounds serve their purpose (somewhat meager for Battlefield discerning listener), but the explosions of grenades are unfortunately too limp in my opinion. Comes rather in the direction of firecrackers, instead grenade, but these are minor points because the total package is worth its 50.

I also have first started with the German Synchro and was very successful in almost all areas and came across very authentic. Just for me the DJ was talking about flat in the transmitting station, but that's no big deal.

So wrote enough and I hope I could give a good overview in terms the game.
Those who are not sure when purchasing the demo should try to get a little taste, but let's be told you that's just the beginning, and nothing is as it seems. There are no heroes ... the line between good and evil blurs, probably why the subtitles * * The Line.

Clear Kaufempehlung from me!
