Despite a five-star rating I Layenberger the shakes are personally too sweet. Here I can only recommend that shakes easily wreak with more water. Personally, I like the creamy consistency and am gone over that stretch shakes with approximately 300 ml of water and three measuring spoons with a level teaspoon konjac flour (from Topfruits, also available here). In addition to the more pleasing for me taste can be so that the saturation effect amplify (Kojakmehl = glucomannan = valuable dietary fiber with up to 200 times in swellability and good saturation effect). But beware: The Konjac flour is not first in the shaker, since it if it is not directly mixed easily clumped ... and should leave to the long one does not, because the consistency is like pudding else (comparable with fine semolina pudding).
