The purchase decision came about because I could not decide for 7 or 10 inches as TAB-size me. 7 inches was too small and 10 inch too big on the go, so 8 inches. I have not regretted my decision and am totally happy with my new "companion", who also runs with 3G, so great on the go. The technology is mature, I was able to record no stumbles and crashes in everyday use, the system runs smoothly with Android 4.3. In addition, it is light and thin. I bought the original Samsung Cover to which I can open like a book cover. When not connected device and closed Cover TAB goes into an idle state, which saves energy. I am completely satisfied and can recommend buying.
