So much money for a small issue In Ear Headphones - that wants to be well thought out!
My first IE was a Creative EP 630, a good start in this area. Both the sound, but the sound quality was ok, but not more. The next step was the purchase of the UE super.fi 5 Pro. In connection with the mobile headphone amplifier Corda Headsix the sound improvement was enormous. The damming outside was perfect.
BUT: so all warm I could not be with the handset. I had expected more for 149 euros, especially since it has a dual-Driver.
Especially the centers were not entirely satisfactory, but the heights were not clear enough to me. The bass, however, was impressive.
So again shell out 100 euros for the next higher model?
YES!
I should have saved myself having to use the UE super.fi 5 Pro. The triple.fi plays in a different league.

Ok. Nothing hurts, and he sits quite firmly in the ear. However, he can actually slip quickly, and then it happened to the sound. The cable makes a very good and stable impression, and by the possibility to exchange the cable, one is in possible damage on the safe side.
Sound:
Very dynamic, very good, fast and precise bass, perfect midrange and treble, which are finally displayed absolutely clear and clean.
He sounds really fantastic, has an accurate reproduction and provides a stage, as it is otherwise often presented only by large headphones. As audiophile listeners I can only say: better it does not get any more, unless you climb in the 1000 Euros range a ...
As for the genre, it comes with all the excellent deal. Whether jazz, rock, pop, electronic music or classical music - everything is preparing a huge fun listening and you have the chance to see his entire collection again from scratch - with unexpected details!
However, I can only strongly recommend to connect the handset to a mobile headphone amplifier, so that it can unfold in all its glory. In almost all portable playback devices of the headphone output is a major weakness, especially since no expensive components are used there normally. On the iPod, for example, there is the possibility the Line Out signal directly to the lower socket (which is intended for the Dockinstation / USB connection) to tap and a mini to mini cable (eg from Quables) close to the amplifier. The sound difference is enormous.
The best, of course, lossless formats such as Apple, or Flac, but he also comes with mp3s along well - even if the recording is not perfect. For such a high-end handset that is no mean feat and makes in really suitable for everyday use.
So from me a very strong buy recommendation. The handset is great. The price is really a minor matter with the necessary quality.
