Card problem and no luck

This is an easy to use device is provided to follow the instruction manual is on the CD. The slides reproduction quality is very good. But unfortunately my camera never accepted memory cards (SD, microSD, SDHC). It is with regret that I returned it because I could only use the internal memory of four photos. AMAZON so I sent back fast and free (hurray for reactivity) a second device, but again no luck, as if this time the cards are well accepted the slides reproduction quality has nothing to do with the first model, all reproductions are blurred ... In conclusion, I chose ROLLEI for the serious image and quality of this very old brand, in fact I am very disappointed, quality and reliability seems to be the major concern of the brand. So I again return this product.
