The installation instructions are relatively short. Basically, you connect to ethernet, and you follow the installation procedure online, not really complex.
After that, you finally access the NAS panel. The interface is rather well done and remember what is done on tablets or smartphones. Most options and help files are translated into English. After a familiarization time, we found it pretty fast.
In terms of options, this NAS is fairly well supplied. DLNA server, cloud domestic (accessible also from his phone), FTP / php / mysql server, video surveillance center.
Unlike more advanced models from QNAP, there is no opportunity here to set up a virtual machine.
After a month of use, I am quite satisfied, both for multimedia content sharing for managing backups or synchronize files between different computers. Not really bugs to report, no particular nuisance, no noise problem either - the server is actually quite quiet.
