After much to compare, I have decided for the Epson Pulsense 100. Since I do not have to look at my values every 5 minutes, I found a bracelet without a display for me makes more sense, since it is naturally small and unobtrusive. The good side: The bracelet is comfortable to wear, well tolerated by the skin and does not bother. The LEDs indicate in which heart rate zone you are in. Sometimes signals obtained by vibration. The device can be used as an alarm clock and wakes you by vibration in a low sleep phase. (In the last three days it has either not working, or so I've gotten used to the vibration signals that my brain has simply hidden). I need not press any buttons to turn the bedroom or activity mode unlike other bracelets. The device detects all very reliable on their own with me. You have to just wear and occasionally recharge. The pulse measurement is very accurate and reliable, as the pedometer. The negative side: The pairing is such a thing (which I have read in other Rzensionen). For me it was right away. Then I had Porbleme when configuring the app. I have deleted the instrument then again and wanted to repeat the pairing just like the first time. But now I had endless problems. I did it for one hour in all variations tries with paying Wi-on and off the phone (Samsung Galaxy 5) Number Wi-inserting and removing the wristband from the charging clip (which you can move the bracelet in pairing mode again). After more than an hour somehow then (why I do not know) is working again. The app can be used in many ways, where it would make sense not to be configured (or I have not found how will that work). So right the specified distance traveled (which is calculated from the number of steps) while walking outside (Checked with GPS) quite well. But while running, it is not true, as shows me the app 5.3 km and my GPS Device says 6,4km. Apparently my stride while running is indeed significantly different. But I can not correct / configure. The app / software is not compatible with other vendors such Runtastic, Google fit, or in terms of calorie input (the way it is now, quite sinnos appears) with MyFitnessPal or FDDB. The bracelet also works only with the Epson-APP and not with the app of Runastic or similar. To make matters worse, it is since yesterday so that the app crashes constantly on my phone immediately after the start. The only solution to restart the phone, I can first again use the Epson app if I have otherwise not done much with the smartphone. Scließlich nor the Firmware Update: I appears that there is a firmware update. This can not downlaoden / install. I get a message that I should like to address the support, for which I have not had time / desire. CONCLUSION: A great device - as far as the device (hardware) as such, but an absolutely modest software solution. The derzeitigenn software I can only advise against the purchase. If Epson software as now unfortunately not improved and the compatibility I would like to give 5 stars and recommend the unit a lot, but.
