I bought this set only for the cup, it is used after slathered your greasy oils thighs, to facilitate sliding if it does not work :-), I massaged every night before tv, enthusiastically, and after the 2nd week, to my dismay, the cap of the cup literally torn, this is what allows you to drag the latter and without this tip, it no longer works :-( go buy another cup but this time without a little hat that may tear at any time notice to the manufacturer: remember to make more resistant suction cups please
