Actually, it should not be so hard to find a "decent" Micro USB cable ...

It took me really disproportionately long a USB to Micro USB Cable to find. I chose this cable from Samsung (although I do not otherwise possess Samsung devices) and I'm happy with it.
I have a short (0.5m) Cable sought a robust processing and attractively designed connectors. There are countless noname China cable, all look the same (and the same little cost), but something I do not want to.
What the Samsung cord is different from the other offerings: The connector housing is well made, provided without ugly ridge and with radii on the edges. This affects quality and fit the equipment that I want to use or not combined with the cable. The Micro USB connector tapers towards the connection and has the same dimensions as the Apple Micro USB / Lightning adapter. The cable is thicker than other USB cable, which looks robust. But by also somewhat stiffer. The cable is supplied in a simple but functional cardboard box. Overall, Samsung has done everything right here, do what noname cable incorrectly. When you put no value on the details, of course you can also take any other cable. The function is the same everywhere. Charge and sync functions naturally perfectly even with the Samsung cable.

If the cable one year should still funtionieren, I would also give 5 stars.
