How about when would work / customer service at Nero.

I installed the program on my Windows 7 as instructed. Here came the start directly an error message. I have tried this with Nero to eliminate customer service. As selection you have the rip-off hotline with 0900 or contact via e-mail. Here, however, respond to the Customer not - despite demand.
Unfortunately, I can not judge the function of the software, as they went never properly for lack of functional installation and unresponsive customer service. Who is not a computer geek, and themselves can evacuate profound problems out of the way: stay away.
The customer service of Nero is virtually non-existent.
Conclusion: For me, a waste of money!
