Scope of supply:
In the box it comes to very clear. Here is the phone, a (very small) charger with fixed cable, some paperwork, that was it. Unfortunately, the Nokia Stereo Headset WH-108 is, as it is not included in the product description here.
Furnishings:
The Lumia 730 is my first Windows Phone. Nevertheless, it works without trouble to remove the cover to insert the SIM card (s) (my first Sim's my calling card, the second is with a data contract), insert your memory card (in my case it is 16 GB, which instantly recognized were turn) and the device.
On the first pass just type to stop by the next points, since I already have a Microsoft account, I knew that already roughly from my tablet with Windows 8.1.
Display and display interface:
It is sharp, bright and well-lit. The resolution and the size I think is more than adequate. 316 dpi are not a bad value for the pixel density. The glass touches his pleasant "soft" and can be very easy to clean (fingerprints, dust) again. Since I have rather small hands I have to operate the unit at 4.7 "with two hands.
Windows Phone interface and functions:
With more or less taste and possibly read on the internet you quickly clear with the graphical user interface. The tiles are arranged dreispaltig and can enlarge, move and group as you want. The menu itself (swipe left) with the apps is ordered by the ABC, the settings menu itself is not. Nevertheless, after a few minutes you find yourself along well. The speed of the phone is convincing, no matter what you do, it responds immediately. This also applies to the touch screen.
The management of SIM cards works well, and the allocation of the data connection. In Quick Menu (wipe from top) you can relatively quickly enable or disable Wi-Fi / BT. Otherwise, the Lumia 730 can be set as desired.
I therefore mainly "only" telephone, SMS and e-mails, write and read (via Exchange, POP3) brings me well clear. The camera (bonus for me) makes relatively good images for such a small phone.
The Reception and voice quality is good. The built-in speaker is Ok (eg for music or YouTube videos). Thanks to the front camera is even Skype no problem.
The battery loses (WLAN and BT off) overnight about 3 to 5 percent, which I find more than Ok. Even with massive use of the device to get to the battery well on the day.
The built Offline Navigation I find as a super bonus, the card (s) must be easily downloaded and are available even without data connection. GPS is. Office is also in Windows Phone OS with it.
My Conclusion:
The Lumia 730 is a good phone, offers a lot of possibilities and is just easier to insert than my Windows Tablet. For longer texts, I prefer clear the Tablet, but on the go and for navigating the Lumia's great. Therefore, I forgive the full five stars.
