"With extensive training manual"

The tapes themselves are fine, I myself (male, 32J) could force exercises for upper body / shoulders carry easily. However, my girlfriend could not perform some exercises her Pilates program because 1.5 is too short to the tapes in an upright position extended above shoulder height / guide the head. Would recommend it more of a variant of 2,5m Thera bands.
