The inhaler is located in a hard-wearing Textilbox, which is provided with zipper. It also all accessories (the mouthpiece, the children's mask, adult mask and the required connector for the use of masks) are housed in foam pads.
The device is small and portable, the operation very easy. The cover is pulled away upwards, the
succeeds easiest when you back a bit and herruckelt. Then the medication container by means of the will
opened small white plastic lever and introduced the drug or saline. Container
seal, put the cover, press down, and use the start button. During the operation of the inhaler
illuminates a blue light in two fields, the right and left of the power button. If the charged drug consumed, the nebulizer turns itself off and the blue light goes off.
This ultrasonic inhaler can be operated with a mains plug, as well as for mobile use with 4 batteries (included). Without batteries it is very light and therefore more enjoyable to use. When the batteries are almost empty, the two above-mentioned fields will light up orange.
For me it is not a shortcoming is to hold the inhaler upright during inhalation so that the medication does not flow out, because I'm used to the Pari Boy. There is the liquid in hand-held nebulisers, which must not be tilted too.
The only downside I see in daily recommended disinfection, either by boiling water or by ethyl alcohol. In particular, the boiling wear parts enormously, so that the manufacturer recommends to change the nebulizer and the accessories used after one year. This can be expensive over the years.
Since I treat any infectious disease (such as pneumonia or influenza), I'll clean the parts used as before the Pari Boy and make a disinfecting only occasionally.
The inhaler Beurer "Janosch" has been delivered to me by the order on the day. Amazon's terms of delivery speed beat - this is only mentioned in passing and does not flow into my review.
Conclusion:
The Janosch is handy, quiet and nebulized aerosols. It can also be used on the road with 4 batteries.
I think he's perfect. Only the recommended replacement of essential parts after one year reduces the overall good impression.
Therefore, four stars from me and a buy recommendation.

I am very disappointed. After almost 2 weeks when I off and disassemble daily. 2 x 2,5 ml inhaled and the delicate device attachment (medicament container Meshvernebler and mouthpiece) from the body daily. 2 x, wash, dry and together again and on the handset had to put, had 2 of 4 brass contacts no longer connected and the vessel is not got stuck, and did not engage itself. One reason for this is not optically visible.
I now had on the drug container above press it so that the contact was made and the Meshvernebler worked. After 3 days I succeed only with difficulty and after several attempts to put the inhaler into operation. And I have the items really always treated as "raw eggs".
At this price, the unit should be durable.
I now reduced to 2 star and can the Beurer not unfortunately recommend.
