Cheap but not necessarily low and inadequate customer service

I was looking for a warm winter running pants and I've bought these pants because of the many positive recessions.
First of all: I compare the trousers with my (much more expensive) Asics Hermes Winter Running Tights () Asics Running Shorts Men's Hermes Winter Tight black performance with which I am very satisfied.
The Tight Ultra Sport has unfortunately little excited me. Here is a brief overview of my experiences with it:
+ Favorable purchase price
+ The same temperature as (expensive) compared products. Below 0 degrees, I recommend a thermal underwear underneath.

- The fit is very suitable (thigh very tight, loose at the calf and buttocks, Bund too high cut) for athletic built runners. I wear at 183 cm and 82 kg size L
- The fabric is extremely pilling-prone. After 10 times running to nodules formed in step and the material gets thinner. (I have to put pictures in the product description online) I'm assuming that the pants will not hold all the running season.
- The reflective piping are significantly affected after about 15 washes and dissolve partially from.

In summary, I think that the price advantage of a much shorter shelf life and poor fit (as described) is bought with a price.
I would not buy the pants again.

Edit on 01.28.2014: After repeated unsuccessful attempt of contact with the customer service (see answer below) I reduce my rating on now a star for incorrect product quality and lack of customer service.
The pilling nodules on the inner thighs are now so great that a pain-free running (due to friction in the step) is no longer possible. Since I can not even return the pants, she lands now in the manure.
