No question, the Converse shoes are timeless. Therefore I had ordered this model. The delivery service from Amazon was as usual beat well. The shoes fit as expected. As usual, you have yet to pull the laces through the top eyelets in new shoes before you can use it. And then it happened. When swiping the laces already sparked a metal eyelet. And that with a brand shoes! Direct contact with Converse was not successful on my part, since end users can process complaints only through the dealer. That was the response from Converse. So I complaining the shoes on Amazon. For the good handling of complaints by Amazon it would give five stars. But this review refers yes only on the product and not the service. Regarding this shoe model, so I think about it again if I want to spend a lot of money for substandard quality.
