Tripod top only at first glance, bag was missing, the first negative experience with Amazon

I am for the first time dissatisfied with Amazon. Bought as a warehouse deal the set of tripod and camera bag. Delivery as always very fast. But the camera bag supposedly contained in the set is missing. The customer tells me that I could return the tripod. I want to keep but because it makes a very good impression. Five stars for the tripod! All other customers have said here of positive I can fully share. (WARNING correction in the addendum) The missing bag can not be replacement delivery, at Warehouse Deals an accessory could ever missing, but it would have reduced price. A set of three components (2 in 1) is, if anything is missing no more set and should not be advertised as such or by pointing out that the bag is missing in this "set". POSTSCRIPT: After first test with the tripod I have to send my copy back but unfortunately.
