Toll I find him (besides his vanishingly small price and its tiny size) that can be set 2 alarm times and the display with the red (and no backlight - jipppiehhh!) Not enlightened my whole bedroom, but one (even with slight nearsightedness ) the numbers can be read very well, even if he is at the foot of the bed).
I find its use, once you get the manual has led to heart, easily. He has only 6 buttons, because you can not do so much wrong in daily use.
The station search and storage systems is admittedly a bit exhausting. But did you overcome this hurdle, he is fine.
The reception is fine - just as other radios too, no worse and no better. Have found much more than the 10 stations are stored. And it's not noisy. Everything OK. The sound is like clock radios usual (is just not a high-end sound system).
The quietest volume is really very quiet, so I certainly would not be awake so - I could so easily imagine being able to fall asleep so, this does not use.
I also like that you can thanks to additional (not included) Battery not set time and transmitter loses if times the plug is pulled out or power failure.
All in all an elaborate device. Would buy it immediately. Just huge, the little one!
Addendum (04/28/2015):
After we were so impressed by the above-described device (originally 5 star, now lost), I bought at Amazon for 2 for my children. But that was a total letdown !!! Despite the inserted cable and inserted batteries, the time in between is just gone (shows "-: -" to), stored together with all channels and alarm times. That's now happened several times - both devices (not at our first purchased) - and annoying scary !!!
Now have one more ordered, in the hope that it works better. Wait ...
