Despite the negative reviews, I bought this infrared heating, because it was, in my opinion, made on the same model as the RI1202 whose views are largely positive. I told myself that the RI1802 could not be so different from RI1202. It arrived in good condition by mail. I mounted and connected easily (just be careful to have the well 16A at least on the son because it pulls 1800W, and not to have too many devices on the same line, but that it ' is valid for any approaching heating 2000W). The lead wire to the area is long enough to not pose a problem. The expected base clings independently of the radiator (highly positive), and the radiator is clipped above once the base posed. This radiator very well heated (with 3 paces). As noted by one commentator, the control wire tends to slightly tilt the radiator when handling, but in my opinion, no risk of dropping out of the base of the radiator (unless the screws were loose from Base fasteners obviously), and if we do not pull it too obviously (that's why I removed one star). But this problem is minor because the radiator holds well on the base. The radiator has three possible orientations, which facilitates finally lands (to change direction, just pick up the radiator base, which is very easy). So for now, it is generally very positive. We'll see over time.
