The unit itself is very satisfied. The loud noise when loading a disk is probably totally normal (always been so), then it is not silent, but acceptable.

The only RICHI term problem seems to be Windows 8.1: While acknowledging my PC the device as a drive and is serving (as long as you served on the desktop), under the W8.1 surface but there will simply not erkannt- all other devices ( keyboard, mouse, monitor) appear normal.
