A piece of meat in the pan or a vegetable stir-fry had so far always needs a lot of oil.
This amazing device can prepare the food really very low in fat. I attribute this not out, because it has already been described very well in other recessions.
I also ordered me to a French tailor and do now often times French themselves. All you need 1.2 kg of potatoes, spices and a tablespoon of oil. Thus French listen to healthy and it also :-).
To Fryer also a cookbook by the way delivered, there is, among other things, the recipe for the French to find. While it is not soooo many recipes included, but you have enough ideas. There is also an overview of how long must cook individual dishes. I find that the information is very accurate. In a pinch, you can continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
Meat and fish are incidentally perfectly! So good I do not get it back in the pan. Just as an example: in the steamer comes vegetables (Total cooking time 30 minutes) and in the last eight minutes to come 2 tiefgefrohrende bream fillets on the grill in the Actifry. A perfect dish so delicious fish I've never conjured.
What I think is great, you prepare everything - doing it in the deep fryer - makes it to --- and then you can pursue other activities until it beeps.
You no longer need stand in front of the stove and stir or be careful that nothing burns for half an hour.
It is a huge time savings. I use them mainly in the evening and then go always take a shower while my low-fat food is cooked. That was not possible before.
I have been cooked fries, fried potatoes, meat, fish and vegetables at my Actifry and am very satisfied. Since it takes up very little oil, I have found me very good oil with natural flavors of a corresponding business.
Respect. the portions I must say that in my opinion it only for max. 2 persons is designed.
It should be remembered also that the Actifry occupies a lot of space.
I have it open in the kitchen, so I actually use.
You can freely remove all parts and wash in the Spühlmaschiene. The body I always wipe with a damp kitchen towel.
Anyway, I'm very excited, even though the price is very high in my opinion.
