Processing looks reasonable from: No loose threads, untidy seams, etc.
The Nivea logo is in the neck area approx 3cm * 3cm big ... you can probably live with ...
For size I wear else "L" and the shirt fits me not looser than other "L -" - shirts.
Of course, it is also located not skintight, but not to sports shirts, too sure !?
In short: For a gift you can not really complain (unless you bothered by the Country).
