despite all the precautions taken, the jam has occurred from the 2nd use without the possibility to bring out the paper .the 'detection' is another particukièrement randomness. Briefly, after irritations before this recalcitrant machine, it ended up in the trash. !!! I highly recommend the machine is unreliable although inexpensive. It has indeed value for money. jb
