1. Product description:
The packaging is reminiscent at first glance to an Apple product. Very noble, the headphones present in an all the more simpler presentation. From accessories is at first glance is nothing to see.

Large drawback: How do I charge the headset when a PC is not available? A USB socket adapters have here can help, but not included. This will cost a star in the intermediate ranking.
Everything is very high quality and stylish (see pictures).. Overall, so 4/5 Stars.

2. Operation:
On the headphones two stickers are attached that explain roughly how volume, etc. can be set (see. Photo).
The Get Started In Under 5 Minutes Guide should be renamed to 2 minutes, really, because the four small pages are read quickly. Everything important is explained therein, so that the headphones can be put into operation immediately.
Per NFC in a few moments has been made to the mobile phone to connect. Bluetooth requires as expected a little longer.
On one side are set on the headphones the volume, song before, song back, pause / play a. The other side has another button that starts the Jabra app on the smartphone. I have a Andoird device (Galaxy Note 2) so that it went smoothly. On the iPhone, the operator should work at least as well as it is specifically tailored for Apple.
The headband is adjustable and adapt well to the ear. The external damping is very good, so that outsiders do not have to listen to what you just listen to. The high wearing comfort is therefore not a mere marketing claims.
The app itself is very useful, however, still somewhat unstable and crashes occasionally from. In addition, you should definitely by testing the Equalizer settings. I find the sound experience without Dolby Processing, Mobile Surround & Co. (see screenshot) clearly successful. But is a matter of taste. The app has the way even reproduced the FLAC format perfectly. The Jabra app must not be used, YouTube and other players, of course, also work.
In addition to the normal MP3 functions you can through the headphones and the redial and voice dialing (if Siri / Google Voice Assistant is installed on the smartphone) use. Phone works very well via the integrated microphone. Understanding problems were not on either side.
5/5 star. Comfortable way to barely operate a wireless headset. Disappear Smartphone & Co. can in his pocket.

3. Sound and Technology:
Now to the essence: the sound.
As mentioned above, you should, if necessary, activate equalizer functions (de-). I find the sound quality very pleasant. The bass is bold but could still have a bit more power. The higher tones are also somewhat weak. Surely there can be set a lot and depending on the source device can vary widely, the quality. Nevertheless, I would argue that there's more in there. Here you have to get a picture yourself but everyone. It is impossible to obtain a uniform opinion. Depending on the song my personal rating is 3.5-4.5 star. Thus, solid, but also not a sound miracle. A comparison is to me only with standard in-ears (of course vieeeel worse) and a 150 euro expensive Bose headphones (also not as good as the Jabra Revo) ago. Disappointed you will therefore definitely not be from this device.
Technically, the headset plays already in the top league. According to various tests it reaches at least 10 hours of battery life and can be divided into about 2 hours to fully recharge.
Noteworthy were the maximum possible distances between smartphone and headphones. Telephoning is no problem when the phone is 3-4 meters in the next room. Listening to music also worked in the house until about 4-5 meters (incl. 1-2 walls) relative without interference. In the garden / same room / no obstacles I could even a range of 13-20 meters reach (good weather, a bush in between). This creates the flexibility that you could wish for with wireless headphones. But beware: This information may vary significantly in other devices. I can only speak of the connection quality between Galaxy Note 2 and headphones.
Overall, I forgive here for 4/5 Stars. The technique is impeccable, the sound can be easily gained in my opinion. Moreover, to me is the question of how and where you can replace the built-in battery when it is times as far. So far I see no possibility of them to come on their own.

4. Conclusion:
A special app that has useful functions, practical accessory, great battery life. When it comes to connectivity, the Jabra Revo Wireless does not need to hide. Only from premium sound I would have expected a little more. An official statement for battery replacement is still missing as well as a small charging adapter.
Overall, I'm impressed by these very positive headphones and will keep it.
More than 4 stars, it will not but in the end. Be eliminated for a fifth must be at least one of the three criticisms. Nevertheless, it is an excellent product that is largely his promises justice.

Update:
