Bought 13.5W replace a 12W Philips LED because the Philips not particularly got along well with my dimmer floor lamp Osram. Osram is a good deal brighter than the Philips, has a very pleasant light and is better understood with the dimmer, but still not quite perfect, therefore only 4 stars. On Dimmer there is a slight delay, which is not there undimmed, and there is a little dimmer area where it flickers. In dimmer mode a very slight hum can be heard if you put your ear very close to the lamp completely uncritical in normal operation. Overall, however, still the best LED lamps, which I previously had in the house.
