The device works, but the device description is not sufficient. Can you please give me the email address to send the manufacturer, because I have questions.

There are on the unit the following inscription:
Full tank - which means determines the water tank must be emptied.
But?
What is "Defrost" and one has to do then
and
"Operation" what the bdeuetet.
