After a short use one of the two wheels was broken. The promised pulse belt was already forgotten in the supply, so that trouble was inevitable.
Calls to the hotline MaxTrader remained vain. In my opinion, it advertises what the Service is concerned with false facts, as can be reached by phone NOBODY. My complaint email was not answered in time for my understanding, the catastrophic service I am now.
The delivery of spare parts took almost 2 weeks. Apparently it is also unable to read properly, because the spare parts were sent to the wrong address. After the elliptical machine because of poor service stood around unused, I was finally able to use it after the arrival of the second delivery of spare parts. (About 3 weeks)
The device works. To date, I've used it for about 5 hours. I'll give a short feedback from now on a monthly basis and expand the assessment.
The hand sensors for determining the heart rate have too large variation. The pulse varies within minutes between 120 -165 for the same load. -> Useless
The redelivered after 3 weeks pulse belt works better. This pulse is constant and it does not arise, contrary to the impression of hand sensors to suffer from heart rhythm disorders.
Conclusion:
The motion sequence with the Jupiter is very clean and easy on the joints, there are no complaints. The computer is simple, provides respect. However, the range of functions everything you need. The sequence of movements of the upper body is a little too tight and possibly difficult for corpulent sportsmen.
Those who expect the comprehensive package for about 600 should opt for another device. Due to the poor service experience you should think twice about 600-700 to invest for this device. Given the many small teething problems and my service experience I would start 400für this device as an absolute upper limit incl. Shipping.
