I already have the first version of Sony headphones without son (for the PS3). Already this helmet is an excellent price / quality ratio! But then ... the new PULSE helmet is really great! There are 4 big plus on this helmet compared to the 1st (well worth the price). 1) A "look" much neater and more comfortable (If you walk with this headset on the street, no one takes you for a Allene!). 2) More micro plastic with a blue LED disturbs you in your corner doeil because now integrated into the headset. 3) The "Bass Impact" technology that really gives an extra dimension - Games - Music and Film. It works much like knob "dual shock" of PS3. The bullet holes, explosions or car engines, vibrate (regrettable intensity) in your headphones (had to think! And Sony makes !!). 4) It comes, like the first, with a USB stick and then quémetteur to connect your PS3 but also to your PC or MAC. So why even a USB key and not simple Bluetooth? The key gives a rendering of its well above the Bluetooth! In addition, and this is his 3rd LA addition, it comes with a 3.5mm jack cable (which is removable). This means that you plug all kinds of audio device with output jack (Tablet, Phone, PS Vita / PSP etc.). BESIDES the most !! The USB key to it also a Jack input. This allows you to connect your device via the jack to the USB key and send the sound from your device to the headset, WITHOUT SON. Me I walk around the house without losing the signal (with the 1st version I lost the signal in some parts of the house too far from the transmitter). For me, this is a great product with a very good sound, comfortable to wear and versatile, which I highly recommend!
