The charger comes with the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (Note 3 bought in a shop in France) for EP-TA10EWE Reference (5,3V 2A) and the original USB3 cable is 97cm.

This charger ordered on Amazon Market Place comes under item ETA-U90EWE (5V 2A) and USB3 cable is 100cm.
The packaging is a plastic bag. (Apart from the cable, it is the same charger that came with a Samsung Galaxy Tab on March 8 "(for example)).

This controlled charger (11/2013) on Amazon and sold by Amazon needed a little time because in replenishment:
The charger complies Reference: EP-TA10EWE (5,3V 2A) and USB3 cable is 147cm (Very Appreciable).
The packaging is a cardboard box "Samsung Travel Adapter".

Whether an ETA-U90EWE charger or "True" EP-TA10EWE it will load the Note 3 (I 2 and it works ...
... But I confess I do not know if there is a "technical" adverse impact on the charger "non-specific" in this model).
