a real disappointment, the book is dependent cons ..... all, suddenly it's a sum of references, not very useful for an "honest man" kind reader: in fact it is a book as product now regularly pseudo academic intelligentsia heavy and unnecessary. next time to me to be more careful and not to buy a simple critical notice.
