Disappointing! Level 8 is not playable on the Wii ---- shrill tone, all from !!! Already the 2nd game ....

My sons have from Grandpa this game for Wii got for Christmas.
We are really angry !!! The first game, and blocked from Level 8 gave the Wii a shrill note and you could no longer play. Wii does not respond, you had to pull the plug. The game was sent back. A new was ordered through Amazon. Today unpacked, plugged into the Wii: And lo and behold, even this game is no longer playable from Level 8 (Dreamcatcher)
shrill sound, the picture freezes, Wii is blocked, children so sad !!! We thought our Wii would be broken.
What should we do now ??? Send The 2nd game back and explain to the children that they can no longer play this game? Unfortunately we have no other console .... SORRY !! Apparently there is this problem with other buyers.
