Dish at first use broken - no grace of Titan

The pros and cons of the case (for example, that the roles are quite small and only run well on slippery surfaces) have already been mentioned in other reviews. I would therefore like to mention only my experience with the warranty processing here.
I purchased the 70 liters of titanium in the set with the smaller 55 liter Capital Trolley. The small suitcase I still in use, the larger model, the plastic shell has been destroyed but the first trip. There has been a flight (Aeroflot!), I've been trying for many months to get reimbursed the damage on the airline. I will not bore you with the details of this odyssey here, the case was lost on the trip was delivered defective many days later by a delivery service. Ultimately, Aeroflot has wound with windy arguments from the responsibility and demanded documents that I could not deliver.

Of course I have a travel insurance, but also did not want to pay, since the airline well be to blame. There I was kindly invited to submit a photo and a description of the damage. After I did that was communicated to me that neither the product warranty or the warranty is, there it is really a case of transport damage in this damage. Without wanting to be ironic: Of course there is a transport damage. That's to be expected with a suitcase yes. A good experience on how to handle warranty inquiries customer friendly, I have recently made with the firm Leatherman. There broke after nearly 10 years of the locking mechanism. The case has been replaced by the company without any problems as a goodwill gesture. Otherwise I use for over 15 years two Samsonite hard-shell case. Which, although scratched already powerful, but it all works still as on the first day.
