The ProSpeedRope convinced by the handles. So well made and quality high, they are usually only in the RX JumpRopes. Even the ball bearings convinces.
I need the skipping rope exclusively for Crossfit workouts and therefore for Double Unders. For this I think the jump rope is less suitable. The rope is a little too thick and you need a relatively large swing radius around the rope to get in motion. In Again Faster Rogue and a small twist of the wrist is sufficient. In Prospeedrope have to work effectively. As a result, I after about 10 - 20 am verspringe DU. With one of the other but I manage loosely 80-100 DUs. In summary a very good safe jumprope but not really suitable for wods. I would recommend it for beginners, as you to learn the rope through the thick, relatively good feel for the beginning of the DUs.
