A look at the CD-cabinet tells me the inevitable truth! There are only 3 CDs: "The best thing with and without hat 1 & 2" and "Livehaftig", in the dusty vinyl chest contrast instead is a thick pack with various Lindenberg LPs !!!

But how do you explain today because someone in that a Linderbergfan was formerly where the yet not really can sing?
How is one to the Zeitgeist of his music and especially his writings at the time describe when there was no MTV, VIVA, and otherwise no German pop and rock music was, except for the hit the charts!
Lindesbergs live troops reinforced by the Pustefixbläser Peter Herbolsheimer were legendary.
Lindenberg was then totally cool for me!

Now, years later and without intensive Lindenberg consumption, I came by chance to this recording.
They say you can not turn back the clock, but much of the wit of time relives on! That makes me really sit up after years! He can still!
Wonderful new acoustic arrangements of his old and some newer songs. Even Lindis "voice" sounds much better than in various television appearances recently, where I saw him otherwise rather negative.
There are many great guest musicians who build a bridge to contemporary music and younger listeners and they are definitely a musical enrichment of this CD.
With this CD rises (for me) in the streets of the fever, so I feel it quite clearly! :-)

Many of the technical criticisms concerning. The choice of songs, the early fade, etc. are correct, yet each is the Lindenberg like this disc like. Therefore, for form's sake -1 star.
