I was optimistic to comments .. but the fan does not work on my Dlink DNS 320 NAS!

We must help to launch .. and once started running too slow .. I tested over a period of 4 hours .. result Surfchauffe to 62C ° !!
I tried to reverse the red and black son as described in some reviews ... but when I do that, it does not work at all.

If someone has a solution I'm interested !!
