1) The sound quality
If someone complains about the sound should replace the ridiculous bad supplied Apple Headphones against quality of someone times. The iPod has a very good and balanced sound, with many setting possibilities at equalizers you have many choices.
2.) The touchscreen
In a review I read a complaint why Apple would have built a multi-touch touch screen, but that would drive up the price only continue upwards. That's honestly pure nonsense; Apple had no other option: if the screen size you could choose only between the capacitive and resistive touch screen and the resistive touch screen could have been in the screen size (as resistive screens are more difficult to move on the edge and the screen actually only consists of edge : D) the device could only operate by pressing very strong, which really annoys and looks really anything but elegant. So Apple has made the right decision. And on the subject of gesture interpretation: For me it has not happened yet, the iPod has a gesture misinterpreted, but everyone has a different way to use a touch screen, for example, my friend has this problem permanently.
3.) The battery
(Written probably before update) In virtually every review is that the battery is too bad. The problem was that the iPod lies to turn only on standy and the power goes off automatically until the battery is only charged weak. Apple has but this issue resolved quickly and posted an update that lets the iPod and off, leaving the battery life was pleasant increases. Although the battery lasts still not overly long, but somewhere had indeed for the device size losses can be made. The only drawback, which is me very upset that the iPod with a normal USB power adapter unable to be recharged and Apple offers an expensive own variation for this. -.-
4.) blind operation
Before the update, it was actually impossible to iPod blind to operate, which is also somewhere logical. After the update, this is quite possible, however, because the update is now possible that you can fast-forward a track by pressing twice on the standby button, which makes the blind operation to a limited extent. In addition, you can also make the knobs just louder and softer and more need also not operate blind when he?
Finally, I would again write all the positive and negative aspects (from my perspective) (+ = good O = do not care; - = worst):
+ Very intuitive handling
+ Capacitive touchscreen
+ High-contrast display
+ Simple Operation
+ Visually appealing
+ Good sound
+ Much memory on little space
+ Ability to use as a clock (if available bracelet)
+ Handy clip to attach everywhere
o battery does not sooo long
o no apps (I do not even really care, need to hear and not to rumzudaddeln iPod to music)
o poor supplied headphones (you can easily share)
o no own images possible as background
- Photos see when viewing from getting to know a little
- Battery can not be charged via standard USB power adapter only with a particular Apple-frills stuff for it. Incidentally, this is a fat MINUS but well, then I connect iPod to my PC to stop running anyway because I have to connect to my system and would die without music probably all day ;-)
I hope this review was helpful, I personally am completely satisfied with the purchase, the high price is not quite justified, but that's Apple, so you pay for the little apple on the clip back before almost 60 and the rest the technique is worth the money :-) Also, I want Steve Jobbs indeed help his chemo :-)
