Does not recognize the series of zero Adobe helps service number.

Photoshop User Element 9 I wanted to upgrade to version 12. The price at Amazon was attractive (it has also increased since the last week) .Problème: when I get the serial number that is on the box, the program refuse "incorrect" !!! We had not done me this one! After I discussed three quarters of an hour in the so-called Adobe aids I gave up. I called at Amazon (where I was told once: it is very safe) and proposed either replacement or the remboursement.J'ai opted for reimbursement because after a ride on the forums I gained convinced that my problem is far from unique. I intended to buy Adobe-Ligtroom I currently testing (I still have 24 days) but I was a little cooled because if Adobe products are certainly very good, service in case of problems seems to the least complicated and I did not really want to get upset about it, and I'm going to point me to Photodirector5 but then that is very very similar with a few less but more (I also tested it with version 4 which has become free)
Regarding Amazon I can only praise their organization. Again, it is very safe and it does not want to go elsewhere.
