Or he tells me simply that he finds no supporting hardware in my car. Tested in my BMW330D 2008 I have sent the adapter back.
Edit: As I learned in some forums BMW does not support the ELM the slightly modified protocol of BMW. However, depending on the software used to make the most well-Works can display individual things like speed, etc., do not. But what you have rather blamed the modified BMW protocol as the ELM. ;) So I change my assessment of 1 to 2 stars.
