This converter should operate an electric toothbrush charger -> Does not!
Operating an electronically controlled small drill -> does not work!
Operating a small stereo -> is not distinct hum!

Operation of a 220 Volt fan (dehydrator) goes perfectly ++++

Conclusion: For the operation of electronically controlled devices manifestly inappropriate!
Operation of engines seems to work according to my experience and the other reviews.
