Spent hours trying to get the scanner in operation. The latest software downloaded from the website Cannon, tried with all the instructions given opportunities without success. The scanner can indeed be integrated into the network and is recognized as such by the Mac, but the associated program "Capture One touch" does not recognize him. He always announces that no scanner is connected. I have now researched that this is not an isolated case. The forums are full of it. Obviously, the TWAIN driver, the software is out of date and Canon does nothing to update. Unfortunately, the problem is also the support unknown. The Lord was quite friendly and has made all possible and impossible suggestions. Ultimately, however, he had to adapt. That's why: Anyone who has a Mac with the latest software, stay away from DR-C125W!
