The selected program runs 4 - 5 seconds, then freezes the image for at least 15 seconds, then the picture goes back about 10 seconds and then it freezes again and it is continually charged only. Have the app uninstalled and reinstalled, but that has not helped. Now I have finally uninstalled because it simply does not work.
