I think the reference is its requirement really only do justice when the additionally acquired with "quilted stripping"
within 1-2 hours of work to sew's steering wheel. But there are other operators that show this and not even large expensive
are.

Conclusion: For dirty hands enough of old fabric cover from Peugeot 106 in camouflage (in 10sec applied), otherwise continue browsing
or I have to go 2 hours (well, what?) quilting!
