Does what it should with various restrictions

The low price surprised, but should give pause.
Among the positive characteristics of both chargers heard that it really does what it should - namely electric, battery-powered devices via the attached USB port without festgellte interruptions, load. The outward processing seems to be fine, when color is not paint, but colored plastic. The chargers are very light and yet robust.
The one negative is that there are very unpleasant, high-frequency sounds by itself, if not to be charged is connected. These are, especially in the bedroom, in the long run to suffer badly.
