(+ +) They are space-saving storage, stacking them into one another and can keep it in the original packaging, without much space effort in the closet.
(++) Muffin batter (with fat percentage) dissolves easily out of shape, as you can solve the flexible form of baked dough. (This applies for example to the very cheap contiguous 6-silicone molds that I have from a discount store, not because the same muffin dough is compared to these forms depend, or triggers to the muffins no accident from the shape.)
Fat-free dough, such as Biskutitteig (egg + sugar + flour) sticks without grease dramatic (!) - Even at this silicone. Here I've already messed up some muffins and then take it again the existing metal molds that I einfette previously.
(+ +) Super easy to clean in warm soapy water. (Yes, they are allegedly Dishwasher suitable. I would definitely not enter the dishwasher, there is also a risk that they reach the bottom of the heater, because very easily.)
(+) Flavor deterioration was neither I nor notice all subjects.
(+) On a baking sheet to fit all 12 shapes easily, it would even fit 24 forms on it. So I can bring a large amount of dough at a time into the oven and not in two waves, as before with the metal-forms ...)
(+) The filling muffin pans is also elegant, since it takes the shape of the hand and filled eg with a tablespoon directly over the mixing bowl, they are stable enough that they filled in the hand holds and then on the sheet turns off. (A spout for filling the same so I can save with; under normal muffin dough anyway.)
(+) Baking proceeds rapidly and uniformly.

5 star & a recommendation! ;-)

The initially slightly more expensive purchase was worth it, the manufacturer I trust in that it indicates that the silicone is food safe. I'll buy myself another set, and can recommend the forms as a gift.
A great change are also the mini Bundt cake-silicone molds that are absolutely cute in shape -> Lurch 85018 Flexiform mini Bundt cake Set of 6, Ø 7cm, height 3.5 cm, berry But beware !! -> If this is at the same time with these jagged muffin tins with the same dough in the oven, but I have learned that the Gugelhupfis would actually need more bottom heat. So if the muffins are done already, the Gugelhupfis remain untern unfortunately pale.
