I had purchased the product as a substitute for a nüvi 1350T to also have a speakerphone for the cellular phone in the car. There nüvi 2460 no longer exists, which also is in my application and all can, I have chosen the nüvi 2595. Unit home unpacked, turned, can be raised, Bluetooth enabled can not move forward - frozen screen - off no longer works! Have no need to further contact with the Garmin service. The effort is just too big. Amazon has withdrawn the part and refund me the purchase price. Here, the service worked - thank you!
