Drum roll, joy, we have a / the "Alien game" !!

One thing first: I am not a great reviewer. I wrote to NHL 11 The last review. So even a good bit ago. But for this game I have to give a simple. And if it's just for the good of this game is given a 5-star rating more. I will try everything as much as possible in detail to take "no" to spoil it. I will only say generally what the title and then I'll go into the individual points as gameplay, sound and so on.

I've just played through it and I just have to say: WOW !!!
I've seen one or two 3-star rating. One argument was: "Control spins." The other was: "too frustrating because they often die." First: So the control is impeccable, even without an update. Second: Ääääähm yes ... It can be quite frustrating and you can certainly go quite often hops. But actually happens only if you do it just totally wrong. There is even the success of "The first time". Den you get if you manage to play through the entire game without ever plan to go there. And it is absolutely doable, if you know how you have to do it. This game should also be something for people who could do with the movies either nothing, or who have never even seen the movies. I must say that it certainly is beneficial if you have at least seen the first two. Because even the one or the other very strong connections are there. Such as the Weyland-Yutani Corporation or simply "Ripley". I myself am a huge fan of Alien and since I was already 8 Years Old)
And there, of course, brings even more joy with it, if one looks much well-known. Especially will come very many surprises throughout the game, which you just did not expect that the developers have something also into play with reingepackt. As I said, I really do not want spoilers. But times on specific items:

STORY: Alien isolation plays between the 1st and the 2nd movie. It even takes on the role of Amanda Ripley, which breaks the Sevastopol Space Station to investigate the disappearance of her mother Ellen Ripley. Ellen disappeared 15 years earlier along with the space freighter "Nostromo" and the entire crew around the Sevastopol station.

The good thing about the character of Amanda. It is not a superhero with some super high-tech equipment. GAMEPLAY:

Difficulty:

SOUND:
I think I have never heard a similar sound in a game. He is simply sensational. Alone by the sound everything looks anytime threatening. It has permanently thunderous noise in the station by debris striking the outer wall, noise in the ventilation shafts and so on. It's really indescribable. The weapon sounds and especially the sound or the hiss or the Kreichen of Xenomorphs are really just great. I can recommend "untwist system" only. The tunes in the game are very good and very wear this to the atmosphere. Of course, the original melodies from 1 film at that time are included. The German language edition can convince well.

GRAPHICS:
That is nowadays the most popular topic with new games. Everyone expects some miracle there. Last year came sometime this "Ryse - Son of Rome" out and everyone thinks that each newly-published game will have even better graphics. Of course, is not so. Nevertheless Graik is really great and also contributes to the atmosphere there. On a scale of 1 - 10, the graphics of me gets a 8.5.

ATMOSPHERE:
The atmosphere itself is really damn good. It has at all times an ominous feeling. It's dark, in some places very quiet except for a time you will hear a loud noise before / over / behind or under a. It is a horror game, yes. But there are different ways of Horror. Eg Silent Hill and Resident Evil are both horror games. Nevertheless, both are totally different terms what horror. Silent Hill is based on psychological horror with surreal experiences and creatures, while determining in the Resident Evil horror through the scenario and the atmosphere. The horror in Alien isolation so you can compare well with that of Resident Evil. One shudder still, the other does not stop. Playing time:

I hope that the brand "Alien" continue in their hands remains and there might appear a few other titles. From me the green light would actually get a new Colonial Marines. I am with little shooter deposits to bring the absolute view that that would make it anything like that but the same atmosphere as in insulation on their feet. So as I said, for not Alien fans, it is highly recommended ... and well .... for Alien fans out there I guess just no way this game is over. From me. Strong buy recommendation !!!!!
