I also had a small Philips Mini Vac frankly also became painful to leave because after 6 months, the suction was down, and as soon as I longed something too "dusty", the filters were downright change.
I have 2 children (soon 3) which perfectly fulfill their function of "professional home fouling" even if I do everything to educate them to stay clean. It's still children.
Here, thanks to the DC35, it has the best of two worlds. It comes with 2 other bits in addition to the handle seen in the photo. A tip for between two sofa cushions or between car seats (because yes, the car is also convenient and saves the purchase of tokens in a pro) and a tip with a small brush after for furniture or other delicate surfaces. All with a hanging system and wall charging, very convenient. Additional tips can easily get hooked, avoiding losing them or leave them lying around.
It is light, a little noisy anyway, but less than my original vacuum. And it does work CONCRETE: We did not board behind. Today, I use it for ALL the house (110m2). I do it almost every day, and the result is the rendezvous.
And of course, I unsheathed soon as a child reaches his house soiling daily quota.
Wireless, you press when you want to suck which saves the battery and limits the incessant noise of a normal aspi. It has a MAX button for even more suction. Plastic is downright robust. The debris tank and ultra simple and clean to empty. And it's so satisfying to visually everything we aspired.
The only problem is the battery life, because when there is more juice, there's more juice. Ca clean cut. 15 minutes non stop.
So, go there with closed eyes. It's more expensive than a hand or aspi sled bag, but you buy a product, not a price. And this has really added value worth its money. Moreover, buying Dyson, I love knowing that I am contributing to the research and development of a man who has taken ALONE, big risks to tackle the hyper competitive market saturated and vacuum cleaners. Some would say it is enriched. Good. It is deserved. Dyson intelligently innovates and makes life easier.
Editorial March 31, 2012. I love it so much, and most importantly, it's great for sucking spiders that begin increasingly to appear in early season with pretty good temperatures. We put the tip end, and suck the beast (instead of overwrite) and it is empty or outside (or in the trash if the tank is already full). Ok, a drink and a piece of paper is better, but thanks to the DC35, the spider has a chance to survive.
