EA develops now only average and above all unfinished games that should only intervene at the end customer - if any support is provided. These annual publication policy on the part of EA, I see very critical as a longtime Battlefield fan. No sooner is a part out, already follows the successor with features that were simply left off in the previous part - thus a reason to buy is there. Battlefield 3 should have been no less than considerably longer Support and need. Instead Battlefield 4 will be released in more than a failed state - one could also say: Alpha Status!
Unfortunately, buying the entire consumer lemmings, every year anew their Battlefield X. So EA will not change their game publishing policy, if the player is not willing to do without sometimes.
The Publisher can only be achieved through the purchase of its products, in other words: no money to spend. A small ray of hope on the horizon is now seen after Battlefield 4 despite patches is still such a disaster. The players remember how slowly with them is handled and boycott EA Games. OK then!
Now you throw the recently published BF4 at half the price out to still lure one or two customers. 23 are in the sales of the game too much, everything will be frustration and high hardware requirements. Because the game can still be as low. Most of content what's in Battlefield 4, you could bring as great addon for Battlefield 3 out. That's bad, at Battlefield 5 it will be exactly so: Alpha, totally bugged, max. Support 6 months and then already comes Battlefield. 6
