As mentioned in the title is probably the simplest solution to integrate an SSD to the computer / network, there is. Simply open the case, insert the SSD, include housing, cable plugged into the housing and via USB to the computer and off you go. Small blue LED indicates operation. Of course, down gradable to USB 2.0!
This creates a 5 years without explanation.

Price / performance ratio is top - strong buy recommendation!
